the location was great. the staff accommodated my request to store my luggage after i checked out. ac was great too.
the lamps in the room did not work well. one lamp was broken by the bed. it could not be used.

The reception staff were very polite connecting with customers. If there was a delay, another person helped immediately. I liked the leisure centre option very much. The bar was great and the seating area outside next to the water was very nice.

The location was acceptable and close to the river. It had a garden area.
The bedside lamps were subpar. One was nonfunctional. Light in the hall required unplugging to turn it off. No bedside lights were available. The breakfast was not great. The fruit salad was poor, and only one granola was gluten-free.
