great locationhelpful staffperfect air conditioning
The location was excellent, right where i needed to be. the staff was amazing. They stored my luggage after checkout for a few hours. the air conditioning worked perfectly! the decorations and lighting were also very nice. I liked the atmosphere.
there wasn't much hanging space in the room.

the location was convenient for exploring. it was about a 15 minute walk from the city center. the style and decor are also very nice.
the lamps in the room were rubbish, one was broken by the bed and could not be used. the other was half broken and just lit the edge of the mattress. there was no way of turning on some bedside lights from the bed. you just had lamps glaring.

The reception staff were very polite connecting with customers. If there was a delay, another person helped immediately. I liked the leisure centre option very much. The bar was great and the seating area outside next to the water was very nice.

The location was acceptable and close to the river. It had a garden area.
The bedside lamps were subpar. One was nonfunctional. Light in the hall required unplugging to turn it off. No bedside lights were available. The breakfast was not great. The fruit salad was poor, and only one granola was gluten-free.
